Danpal Asia Pacific Conference 2019

Danpal recently hosted its biennial Asia Pacific Conference, graciously hosted, with the help of our official partners in Thailand – Vispac. The conference, which ran from 26th to 28th February 2019, was deemed a resounding success by all those who attended.

Our conference, spread over 3 days, gave us all the opportunity to focus on both the technical and marketing aspects of our company, as well as our products. The beautiful, Eastin Thana City Golf Resort setting chosen by Danpal, provided our partners from around the globe, the time and space to meet with each other.

Spending time with our well-established subsidiaries such as Danpal Australia and Danpal Korea, further strengthened our efforts in securing our global reach. At the same time, our channel of international distributors liaised and learned from each other’s efforts, in the promoting of our Danpal brand.

Whether it was with our new partners in Japan or our old friends from China, Danpal’s message of Light Architecture was explored in detail. We all shared in the accumulated knowledge gained from the years of experience between us, and in doing so, grew in confidence. In particular, Danpal Korea’s Panda project was received with much delight – you can’t go wrong with Pandas!

The first evening was capped off by a splendid boat cruise along the Chao Phraya River, which included tasty food shared between the extended Danpal family. The night culminated with a dance performance extraordinaire, on the deck of the boat, by Mr & Mrs. Bellouard – our distributors from Mauritius.

During the seminar, Danpal engineers took the time to patiently work through the technical details of our entire range of roofing, façade and cladding systems. They also provided demonstrations, using on full-scale system mock-ups, on how to best assemble our products.

Day two was wrapped up with drinks at the poolside at the resort, which quickly turned into a karaoke sing-a-thon! Our partners from Thailand took the lead with an enthusiastic performance by Mr Charun Not to be outdone, the Israeli team belt out a lively performance of Eurovision song “A Ba Ni Bi” All in all the night was capped off with much laughter and good fun, continuous with other songs performed from additional Danpal’s countries partners.

Day three saw our marketing team, presenting to us, methods and steps to follow in order to better specify our Danpal solutions. We learnt the value of digital marketing, new technologies implemented by Danpal in converting phone calls to leads and most importantly in the importance of building relationships with our customers. Thanks to our New Zealand distributor Mr & Mrs. Glading we also learned a thing or two about the mighty Haka!

Lastly, we must all give a big thanks to Nitzan Naim, who clearly had put a tremendous amount of effort in putting the conference together. For some of us, it was the first time we all had the opportunity to meet with each other, which proved to be an invaluable experience. By the end of the conference, we all left, each with a renewed sense of purpose. Clearly, Danpal has its eyes fixed on the future and with it, we can all benefit together.
